曲靖市2015年麻疹接种率调查及健康人群抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解曲靖市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,评价人群麻疹易感性及影响因素,及时发现工作薄弱地区和免疫空白人群,为疫苗针对疾病的控制提供依据。方法采用分层和整群抽样（PPS）方法,使用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果曲靖市8月龄～18岁人群麻疹减毒活疫苗调查接种率96.09%,健康人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率95.84%,抗体几何平均浓度1031.31IU/ml。结论人群麻疹抗体阳性率较高,不会发生大范围的爆发或流行。Objective To understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Qujing city, evaluation of measles susceptibility and influencing factors of evaluations, discovering weak areas and immunization gap groups, provide evidence for vaccines for disease control. Methods Stratified cluster sampling（PPS） method, using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detecting measles Ig G antibody. Results 8 month old-18 years investigation of live attenuated measles vaccine inoculation rate was 96.09%, health measles Ig G antibody positive rate was 95.84%, antibody geometric mean concentrations was 1031.31 IU/ml. Conclusion Measles antibody positive rate was higher, no widespread outbreak or epidemic in Qujing city.
