摘　　要：目的分析赤峰市2010-2014年性传播疾病(STD)的流行动态和流行特点,为制定相应的有效预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对赤峰市2010-2014年性病疫情管理资料进行统计分析。结果 5年累计报告STD病例5 037例,年平均发病率为19.10/10万。性病流行谱中梅毒占首位、其次是淋病。结论近年来赤峰市STD发病率呈快速增长趋势。并且需根据性病流行谱的改变及时开展相应的预防控制措施。Objective The main purpose of the article is to analyze the epidemic dynamic and features of Sexual Transmitted Diseases（STD） in Chifeng from 2010-2014. It also provides a scientific basis for the development of appropriate and effective prevention and control strategies of STD. Methods Using the method of statistical analysis to analyze the epidemic management data of STD from 2010-2014 in Chifeng. Results The total number of STD cases reported is 5 037 cumulatively in 5 years. The average annual incident rate is 19.1/100,000. Among all kinds of STD, syphilis dominates the STD epidemic spectrum followed by gonorrhea. Conclusion In recent years, the incidence of STD in Chifeng showed a rapid growth trend. Thus it＇s necessary to carry out appropriate prevention and control measures promptly in accordance with the changes of STD epidemic spectrum.
