0.5%甲硝唑溶液在口内手术病人口腔护理的使用

摘　　要：目的分析和研究0.5%甲硝唑溶液作为口腔护理液对口内手术病人口腔并发症的预防及影响。方法选取2014年6月至2015年11月口腔科住院行口内手术的患者146例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各有患者73例,对照组患者给予常规口腔护理干预,观察组患者在常规口腔护理基础上加用0.5%甲硝唑溶液,将两组患者进行护理干预1周后发生口腔并发症的情况进行对比。结果观察组明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论在常规口腔护理基础上加入0.5%甲硝唑溶液对预防口腔并发症发生及减轻患者痛苦均具有重要作用。Objective To analyze and research 0.5% metronidazole solution for oral care solution counterpart in intraoral operation patients of oral complications prevention and influence. Methods selected 146 cases of patients, from June 2014 to November 2015, who are hospitalized and be done the surgery in the mouth, divided into observation group and control group, each group has 73 cases of patients, control group patients give regular oral cavity nursing intervention, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional oral care with 0.5% metronidazole solution, the two groups of patients with nursing intervention of oral complications occurred after 1 week. Results the observation group significantly lower than the control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion the basis of conventional oral care add 0.5% metronidazole solution plays an important role to prevent oral complications and reduce the pain of patients.
