摘　　要：桃米社区是台湾社区营造的典型案例,从组织体系到实践方式,对大陆的社区发展都有很大的借鉴意义。解决大陆社区发展遇到的问题和瓶颈,可从以下三方面着手:一是社区资源的可持续性发展;二是社区采用自上而下与自下而上相结合的组织方式;三是社区建设过程中非营利组织(NGO)的参与。Taomi community building is the typical case in Taiwan. from the organizational system to practice the way, there are lots of reference to the mainland. To solve this problem of community development, can proceed from the following three aspects： Firstly, the sustainable development of community resources： Secondly, the community using top-down and bottom-up combination of the organization; The last, a non-profit community construction process （NGO） in participation.
