摘 要:为了解乳山湾大型底栖动物的次级生产力,合理利用乳山湾生物资源,于2011年5和10月分别对乳山湾内外21个站进行了大型底栖动物的调查取样,用2种Brey模型估算了该海域大型底栖动物的年平均次级生产力、P/B值和各类群次级生产力所占百分比,并分析了该海域大型底栖动物生产力的空间分布。结果显示:该海域共发现大型底栖动物161种,大型底栖动物的年平均丰度为2 607.14ind/m^2,年平均生物量为266.37g AFDW·m^(-2);运用Brey(1990)经验模型估算的该海域大型底栖动物年次级生产力平均值为26.43g AFDW·m^(-2)·a^(-1),P/B值为1.81;运用Brey(1990)改进模型估算的大型底栖动物年次级生产力平均值为11.06g AFDW·m^(-2)·a^(-1),其中湾内东流区最高为42.34g AFDW·m^(-2)·a^(-1);湾内西流区较低,为3.17g AFDW·m^(-2)·a^(-1),湾外区域最低,为1.33g AFDW·m^(-2)·a^(-1),该海域大型底栖动物年平均P/B值为1.55;通过对2个模型的对比,建议对大型底栖动物进行次级生产力估算时选用Brey(1990)改进模型;通过与其他海域次级生产力比较,发现乳山湾内外大型底栖动物次级生产力低于胶州湾西部海域,高于桑沟湾和深沪湾。In order to investigate the secondary production of macrobenthos and utilize the biological resources in the Rushan Bay reasonably,the macrobenthos of 21 stations inside and outside of the Rushan Bay is separately investigated in May(spring)and October(autumn),2011.The mean secondary production,P/Bof macrobenthos,and the percentages of secondary production of each groups for each stations based on two surveys conducted in 2011 were estimated by two Brey(1990)model,and the distribution pattern of the macrobenthos inside and outside of the Rushan Bay is discussed.A total of 161 macrobenthos species are found in the survey area,of which 83 species are Polychaeta,24 species are Mollusca,39 species are Crusracea,3species are Echinodermata,and the rest 13 species are other taxonomical groups.The annual average abundance of macrobenthos is 2 607.14 ind./m2 and the annual average biomass of macrobenthos is 266.37 g AFDW/m^2.According to the Brey(1990)model,the mean secondary production of macrobenthos is 26.43 g AFDW·m-2·a-1,the mean P/B ratio is 1.81.According to the improved Brey(1990)model,the mean secondary production of macrobenthos is 11.06 g AFDW·m-2·a-1,the production of macrobenthos of the east part inside the Bay is 42.34 g AFDW·m-2·a-1,that of the west part is 3.70 g AFDW·m-2·a-1.The secondary production of macrobenthos outside the bay is0.47 g AFDW·m-2·a-1,the mean P/B ratio is 1.55.According to the Brey(1990)model,the percentages of secondary production of Polychaeta,Mollusca,Crusracea,Echinodermata and other groups are2.40%,94.77%,1.31%,0.65% and 0.87%;according to the improved Brey(1990)model,the percentages of secondary production of Polychaeta,Mollusca,Crusracea,Echinodermata and other groups are2.58%,94.44%,1.49%,0.61%and 0.88%separately.By comparing the two models in this study,the estimated value of the Brey(1990)model is more higher than the value of the improved Brey(1990)model,the Brey(1990)model only involves two parameters(abundance and biomass�
