一起自动扶梯停运状态下意外下溜故障的思考

摘　　要：自动扶梯是机器,即使在非运行状态下,也不能当作固定楼梯使用。本起案例中自动扶梯处于停运状态,由于其出入口处未设置护栏,自动扶梯在被乘客当作楼梯使用的过程中发生故障,梯级意外向下移动,造成正在梯级上行走的乘客向后摔倒受伤。本文对此次自动扶梯意外下溜故障的原因进行技术分析,根据故障原因提出相应的预防措施,避免类似伤害事件再次出现。Escalator is a machine, even in the non-operational state, cannot be used as a fixed staircase. In this case, escalator is in the shutdown state. Because the guardrail is not set in its entrance, escalator goes wrong in the process of using as a staircase. The step moves down and causes walking up passengers fell backward and injured. In this paper, the technical reasons of the escalator slip accident are analyzed. According to the cause of the accident, this paper puts forward corresponding prevention measures to avoid similar injuries event.
