摘  要:采用新的人工授精的方法 ,以杜洛克公猪为终端父本 ,对大长、长大二元杂母猪输精。结果表明 :全人工授精、人工授精同自然交配结合等配种方式与自然交配对照组相比 ,分娩率和窝均产仔数差异不显著 ;3至6胎母猪的分娩率高于其它胎次 ,而窝产活仔数 3至 5胎高于其它胎次 ,不同配种方式对各胎次母猪的分娩率和窝均产活仔数无显著影响 ;常温 (17℃ )保存 1d的精液输精后 ,与鲜精相比 ,母猪的分娩率和窝均产活仔数无显著差异 ;人工授精技术的应用使每头母猪每年多提供 3.Landrace-Yorkshire and Yorkshire-Landrace cross bred sows were inseminated by Duroc boar semen using the new artificial insemination (AI) technology. The results indicated that the farrowing rate and number born per litter were not significantly different among AI, AI plus natural service (NS) and natural service. The farrowing rate of parity 3 to 5 was significantly higher than that of others, the number born alive per litter of parity 3 to 6 was significantly higher than that of others. The farrowing rate and the number born alive per litter were not significantly different among different methods of mating and different parities. Using the semen stored under 17℃ for 48 hours showed no significant difference in the farrowing rate and the number born alive per litter from using fresh semen. After the application of AI, per sow per year produced 3.7 head more piglets than before.
