替考拉宁与万古霉素治疗肺癌患者耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较替考拉宁与万古霉素治疗肺癌患者耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法收集2011年1月-2015年1月于医院住院治疗的64例肺癌并发MRSA肺炎患者临床资料,其中33例患者使用替考拉宁治疗分为替考拉宁组,31例患者使用万古霉素治疗分为万古霉素组,对其疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率进行比较,数据采用SPSS18.0统计进行分析。结果替考拉宁组与万古霉素组患者治疗有效率分别为78.79%、77.42%,细菌清除率分别为84.85%、83.87%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义;治疗中替考拉宁组患者出现皮疹2例、腹泻1例,不良反应发生率为9.1%,万古霉素组患者出现肾毒性、腹泻、皮疹各1例,不良反应发生率为9.7%,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论替考拉宁与万古霉素治疗肺癌并发MRSA肺炎患者均有良好疗效,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床应用。OBJECTIVE To compare the effectiveness and safety of glycopeptide antibiotics teicoplanin and vancomycin on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus（MRSA）pneumonia in lung cancer patients.METHODS A total of 64 cases of lung cancer patients with MRSA pneumonia treated in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jan.2015 were collected,and divided into teicoplanin group（treated with teicoplanin,33cases）and vancomycin group（treated with vancomycin,31cases）.The clinical efficacy,clearance rate of pathogens,and side effects rate were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.RESULTS The clinical efficacy rates of teicoplanin group and vancomycin group were 78.79 % and 77.42% respectively.The clearance rate of MRSA in two groups accounted for84.85%and 83.87%,with no significant difference.In terms of side effects,there were two cases of erythra,one case of diarrhea in teicoplanin group,and one case of nephrotoxicity,one case of erythra,and one case of diarrhea in vancomycin group.There were no statistical differences between the two groups.CONCLUSIONIt is effective and has low rate of adverse reaction to apply glycopeptide antibiotics teicoplanin and vancomycin on methicillin-resistant S.aureus（MRSA）pneumonia in lung cancer patients.Thus,it is worth to apply them reasonably for clinicians.
