摘　　要：目的探讨轮状病毒感染患儿并发心肌炎的临床治疗方法及效果,为该病治疗提供参考依据。方法采取回顾性方法对2013年9月-2015年9月50例轮状病毒感染并发心肌炎住院患儿的临床资料进行分析;密切监测其心电图变化;所有患儿均于治疗前后静脉采血2ml,检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌钙蛋白-T(cTnT)和血清肌酸激酶(CK)以及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的变化;同时观察其心肌酶恢复正常和住院时间,及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果 50例患儿出院时心肌酶均恢复正常,恢复正常时间为(17.92±4.51)d,住院时间为(21.54±3.26)d;治疗过程中无严重并发症发生;50例患儿LDH、cTnT、CK和CK-MB含量治疗后均较治疗前明显的降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于轮状病毒感染患儿并发心肌炎,应尽早的给予对症支持治疗,从而改善其临床症状与体征;同时,综合性治疗可以改善患儿心肌功能,并提高临床整体疗效。OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical treatment methods and efficiency of rotavirus infection patients with myocarditis,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of the disease.METHODS A retrospective method was used to analyze the clinical data of 50 cases of rotavirus infection with myocarditis in the hospital from Sep.2013 to Sep.2015.The electrocardiogram was monitored.All patients were get blood 2.0ml from vein before and after treatment.Changes of lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,troponin-T（cTnT）,serum creatine kinase（CK）and creatine kinase isoenzyme（CK-MB）were detected.The time of myocardial enzymes returned to normal and hospitalization,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were also observed.RESULTS Totally 50patients′myocardial enzymes returned to normal at the time of discharge,with the recovery time of（17.92±4.51）days,and the hospitalization time of（21.54±3.26）days.All patients had no serious complications during the treatment.The contents of LDH,cTnT,CK and CK-MB contents reduced after treatment,with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe patients with rotavirus infection and myocarditis should be given symptomatic and supportive treatment as early as possible,thus improving the clinical symptoms and signs.Meanwhile,the comprehensive treatment can improve patients′myocardial function,and improve overall clinical efficacy.
