摘　　要：准确评估区域反导装备体系(Theater Ballistic Missile Defense Equipment System-of-systems,TBDES)效能,提出合理的体系效能需求,既是开展TBDES论证的首要环节,又是进行区域反导作战筹划的重要依据。基于"作战环"理论,建立TBDES作战网络模型,引入"信息熵"的概念,提出了基于"作战环"的TBDES效能评估方法,并重点对作战环数量统计模型、单个作战环效能评估模型、多个作战环效能累计模型进行研究,最后,通过实例表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。It is not only the first step of the theater ballistic missile defense system of systems（TBDES）demonstration,but also the important base to the ballistic missile defense plan that we accurately assess TBDES operational effectiveness and put forward the reasonable need of the effectiveness.Based on the theories of operation loop and information entropy,this paper sets up the operation network model of TBDES,proposes the operation effectiveness assessment method and mainly studies the operation loop number calculation model,single operation loop effectiveness assessment model and multiple operation loops effectiveness cumulative model.Finally,a case is given to verify feasibility and validity of the method.
