摘　　要：全面剖析了大力加强职业教育法治建设,实施法治职教的背景需求;指出了加快推进法治职教,建设中国特色职业教育法治体系的基础工程;提出了全面推进法治职教,立法、行政、治教、治校、社会五位一体,建设中国特色职业教育法治体系的主要环节;给出了改善职业教育执法监督和督导评估,常态化监督评估推进法治职教进程,建设中国特色职业教育法治体系的保障机制。This paper comprehensively analyzes the background needs to vigorously strengthen the construction of vocational education law system and manage vocational education by law. Based on that, this paper put forward to launch the establishment of foundation projects to speed up vocational education management by law and construct the vocational education law system with Chinese characteristics, integrate the legislative, the executive, the education administering, the school managing and the society and comprehensively promote to manage vocational education by law to establish the main link of the vocational education law system with Chinese characteristics, improve the enforcement supervision and supervision evaluation for vocational education law, normally supervise, evaluate and promote the process of vocational education management by law to establish the safeguard mechanism for vocational education law system with Chinese characteristics.
