摘 要:目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者旁正中丘脑氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的特点。方法随机选取2012年2月-2015年1月在该院就诊的32例COPD患者和30例健康志愿者分别纳入研究组和对照组。采用1H-MRS检测双侧旁正中丘脑的N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)和肌酸复合物(Cr)。结果研究组双侧旁正中丘脑NAA/Cr值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组双侧旁正中丘脑Cho/Cr值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COPD患者存在旁正中丘脑神经元的代谢异常。Objective To identify the metabolite levels on paramedian thalamus in patients with COPD by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS). Methods Thirty-two patients with COPD in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2015 were randomly selected and 30 normal controls were also selected. ^1H- MRS was used to detect N-acetyl aspartate (NAA), choline complex (Cho) and ereatine complex (Cr) in paramedian thalamus of all the subjects. The ratios of NAMCr and Cho/Cr were determined. Results The NAA/Cr ratio in the bilateral paramedian thalamus of the patients with COPD was significantly lower than that in the normal controls (P 〈 0.05). The Cho/Cr ratio in the patients with COPD was higher than that in the normal controls, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Metabolisms of neurons in paramedian thalamus are abnormal in patients with COPD.
