摘  要:[目的]生物信息学分析鳞翅目昆虫Cry毒素受体氨肽酶N(APN)、类钙黏蛋白(Ca LP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与人同名蛋白的关系。[方法]NCBI数据库获取人和鳞翅目昆虫的APN、Ca LP、ALP的氨基酸序列,利用生物信息学软件对序列一致性、系统发育关系、结构域、三维结构相似性等进行预测和分析。[结果]APN系统发育关系最近的是人与家蚕,两者序列一致性最高58.06%,含2个相似结构域,三维结构相似性显著(62.80%,P<0.05)。ALP系统发育关系最近的是人与家蚕,两者序列一致性最高46.03%,含2个相似结构域,三维结构相似性显著(59.63%和59.59%,P<0.05)。人与鳞翅目昆虫的Ca LP系统发育关系较远;Ca LP序列一致性最高是人与棉铃虫(28.12%),两者含2个相似结构域,三维结构相似性不显著(18.75%,P>0.05)。[结论]人和家蚕两者间的APN、ALP系统发育关系最近,序列一致性最高,含有相似的结构域且三维结构相似性显著,可能具有相似的生物学功能。[ Objective ] To analyze the relationship between cry toxin receptor aminopeptidase - N ( APN), cadherin - like pro- tein (CaLP), alkaline -phosphatase (ALP) of lepidopteran insects and the same name proteins of Homo sapiens by bioinforma- tics. [ Methods ] The amino acid sequences of APN, CaLP, ALP of Homo sapiens and lepidopteran insects were acquired from NCBI database. All sequences were predicted and analyzed by bioinformatics software in the following aspects, such as sequence identity, phylogenetic trees, protein domains and the similarity of three -dimensional structure. [ Results ] There was the closest phylogenetic relationship of APN between Homo sapiens and Bombyx mori. Their APN sequence identity was the highest (58. 06% ) , and their three - dimensional structure similarity was significant (62.80% , P 〈 0.05 ) , containing two similar domains. There was the closest phylogenetic relationship of ALP between Homo sapiens and Bombyx mori. Their ALP sequence identity was the highest (46.03 % ) , and their three -dimensional structure similarity was significant (59.63% and 59.59% , P 〈 0. 05), containing two similar domains. The phylogenetic relationship of CaLP between Homo sapiens and lepidopteran insects was far. The CaLP sequence identity between Homo sapiens and Helicoverpa armigera was the highest (28.12%). And their three - dimensional structure similarity was not significant ( 18.75% ,P 〉 0.05 ), containing two similar domains. [ Conclusion] The phylogenetic relationship of both APN and ALP between Homo sapiens and Bombyx mori was closest. Their sequence identity was highest. Their three - dimensional structure was significant similary, containing similar domains. It can be conjectured that they may have similar biological functions.
