摘 要:利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计等手段研究了淬火水温和回火温度对斜轧磨球用60Si2Cr VA钢微观组织和硬度的影响规律。结果表明:淬火水温越高,60Si2Cr VA钢的针状马氏体含量越少,残留奥氏体含量越多,硬度越高;随着回火温度的升高,60Si2Cr VA钢的微观组织由回火马氏体转变为回火屈氏体,硬度下降。综合表明,斜轧磨球用60Si2Cr VA钢在20℃水温淬火,200℃回火条件下,具有较高的硬度。Influence of quenching water temperature and tempering temperature on microstructure and hardness of ball-mill steel 60Si2CrVA were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy, optical microscope, and rockwell hardness test. The results show that with decreasing of the water cooled temperature, martensite structure of 60Si2CrVA steel will be finer and uniform, and its hardness will be higher. In addition, with the increasing of tempering temperature, the hardness will decline due to phase transformation from martensite structure to tempered troostite. Comprehensive results show that when 60Si2CrVA steel is quenched in 20 ℃ water and tempered at 200 ℃, its hardness is the highest.
