摘  要:研究了连续退火温度对550 MPa级热镀锌低合金钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,550 MPa级热镀锌低合金钢经连续退火后基体为铁素体加少量渗碳体,同时在铁素体中含有大量Nb、Ti碳氮化物析出相。在不同退火温度下,铁素体晶粒尺寸相差不大,但Nb、Ti碳氮化物析出相数量随退火温度升高而降低;同时随着退火温度的升高,屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,伸长率增大。Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-dip galvanized 550 MPa low alloy steel were studied. The results show that after continuous annealing, the matrix of the steel is ferrite with a few Fe3 C at grain boundaries, and a lot of precipitates appear in the ferrite. Under different annealing temperatures, the grain size of ferrite has a little change, but the number of precipitates decrease with annealing temperature increasing, and meanuhile yield strength and tensile strength decrease, while elongation increases.
