摘  要:为研究正交异性钢桥面相邻钢桥面板之间焊接及其横梁和纵肋与相邻钢桥面板栓接的工序对桥梁结构受力的影响,以重庆市东水门长江大桥主桥[(222.5+445.0+190.5)m双塔单索面公路与轨道交通两用斜拉桥]为背景进行分析。依据该桥正交异性钢桥面板构造特点及施工方法,设计不同栓焊工序下的实桥试验,并采用ANSYS建立桥梁节段施工的壳-体混合有限元模型模拟栓焊连接的非线性过程,对结构内力进行研究。结果表明,针对该桥正交异性钢桥面复杂的栓焊连接节点,综合考虑受力性能和工期,建议栓焊工序为初拧(50%设计值)→打底焊→终拧→埋弧焊,并对所涉及节点位置栓钉进行复拧;建议从设计角度提高栓钉承载能力富余度。To investigate the influences of the procedures for bolting of the cross beams and longitudinal ribs to the adjacent steel plates of the orthotropic steel deck and welding of the steel plates on the mechanical behavior of bridge structure,the main bridge[a road-cum-light rail cablestayed bridge with double pylons,single cable plane and with span arrangement(222.5+445.0+190.5)m]of the Dongshuimen Changjiang River Bridge in Chongqing City was selected as an example and was analyzed.With reference to the structural characteristics and construction methods of the orthotropic steel deck of the bridge,the tests of the different bolting and welding procedures for the orthotropic steel deck on the actual bridge were designed,the software ANSYS was used to establish the shell-solid mixed finite element model for the segmental construction of the bridge and to simulate the nonlinear process of the bolting and welding and the internal forces of the structure were studied.The results demonstrate that in the light of the complex bolting and welding nodal points on the orthotropic steel deck and in comprehensive consideration of the mechanical behavior and working time schedule of the bridge,it is proposed that the bolting and welding procedures should be the initial tightening(50% of the design values)→ backing welding →final tightening→ submerged arc welding and the bolts at all the involved nodal points should be retightened,and it is also proposed that from the point of design,the redundancy of the bearing capacity of the bolts should be increased.
