摘  要:利用强氧化剂对石墨进行氧化,再通过氨基封端聚二乙烯基硅氧烷(AP)改性,得到表面带有碳碳双键以及含氧官能团的改性氧化石墨烯。采用乳液聚合法,将改性氧化石墨烯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行聚合,并对影响复合乳液性能的因素进行了探讨。通过FT-IR、TEM等对氧化石墨烯的分子结构、微观形貌进行表征,并考察氧化石墨烯在水中的分散稳定性;分析了复合乳液体系的综合性能。结果表明:以高锰酸钾等强氧化剂对石墨进行氧化,可制备出表面含有大量羟基、羧基等官能团的氧化石墨烯,且所制的氧化石墨烯能在水中稳定分散;AP改性氧化石墨烯与MMA单体聚合制备出稳定的复合乳液体系,随着改性剂AP用量的增加,导热系数先增大后减小,当用量为3%时达到最大值[0.108 W/(m·K)],同时AP用量增加有利于提高乳液的最低成膜温度和体系黏度。A graphite was oxidized by the treatment of strong oxidizing agents as to prepare graphene oxide. An amino termi- nated poly divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane (AP) was grafted onto the obtained graphene oxide. To obtain a modified graphene oxide surface with a carbon-carbon double bond and the oxygen-containing functional groups. The polymerization of modified graphene oxide and methyl methacrylate (MMA) by emulsion polymerization is carried out,and the influence factors of the properties of the composite emulsion are discussed. By using FT-IR and TEM,the molecular structure,microcosmic morphology and the dispersion stability in water of graphene oxide were analyzed. The comprehensive properties of the composite emulsion system were studied. The results showed that graphene oxide was obtained from the oxidation of graphite by using potassium permanganate and other strong oxidizing agent. The surface of the graphene oxide contained large amounts of hydroxyl,carboxyl functional groups. The AP-modified graphene oxide was polymerized with MMA monomer to prepare a stable composite emulsion system. With the increase of AP-modified graphene oxide,the thermal conductivity first increases and then decreases,and reaches the maximum value [0.108 W/ (m·K)] when the AP amount is 3%. Besides,the added amount of AP is beneficial to improve the lowest film temperature and composite latex liquid viscosity.
