摘　　要：从试验和理论的角度对聚苯颗粒轻质夹芯隔墙板产品质量的常见问题,如芯层强度不够、面层脱落、U型槽裂缝、颗粒分布不均匀、飞边毛刺、板面易析等进行了探索研究。通过改变原料的配比和操作秩序,为提高产品的质量找到了生产中行之有效的途径和措施。In this paper, FAQ on quality of polystyrene particles lightweight sandwich wall panels, such as core strength is not enough,the surface layer off, U-groove Cracks,uneven distribution of particles,flying burr, the board is easy to segregate,etc.,were explored and researched from tests and theoretical perspective. By changing the ratio of raw material and operation sequence,an effective way and production measure to improve the quality of products was found.
