摘 要:探讨了水泥、石灰、石膏对蒸压粉煤灰砖力学性能的影响。采用正交试验研究了不同激发剂对蒸压粉煤灰砖性能影响的重要性。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了其水化产物及内部微观结构,对其影响机理进行了探讨与研究。试验结果表明:对蒸压粉煤灰砖力学性能的影响大小为水泥>石灰>石膏,且主要水化产物为水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙、新钙硅石及少量的水化硫铝酸钙等。In this paper, discusses the effect of cement,lime, gypsum on physical performance of autoclaved fly ash brick. Re- search the importance of different activators on performance of autoclaved fly ash brick by orthogonal test study. Then the hydration product and internal microstrncture of this material were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and the interaction mechanism was researched. The results show that the importance order on performance of autoclaved fly ash brick is cement〉lime〉gypsum. The hydration product includes hydrated calcium silicate,hydrated calcium aluminate,new calcium silica and small amount of hydrated calcium sulfoaluminate.
