复原益肾活血汤治疗人工流产术后月经量少

摘　　要：目的观察北京市第四批名老中医于增瑞自拟经验方"复原益肾活血汤"治疗人工流产术后月经量少的治疗效果。方法治疗组46例人工流产术后月经量少患者采用自拟经验方"复原益肾活血汤"治疗观察疗效;对照组46例采用西医常规激素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为97.83%,优于对照组总有效率76.09%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后行经时间为(5.34±0.76)d,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的行经时间为(4.97±0.93)d,2组间治疗后经行时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度为(9.16±1.48)mm,优于对照组患者的(6.85±1.63)mm,治疗组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟"复原益肾活血汤"可改善因人流术后导致胞宫胞脉瘀阻,血流不畅所致的月经量少。Objective To observe the Beijing City,the fourth installment of the name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine YU Zengrui self-made ＂restoration of kidney and removing blood stasis decoction＂after the treatment of artificial abortion menstrual quantity is little therapeutic effect. Methods Treatment group 46 cases of artificial abortion postoperative menstruation less patient using self-made ＂restoration of kidney and removing blood stasis decoction＂and observe curative effect; the control group（ 46 cases） were treated by western medicine and routine hormone treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97. 83% in treatment group and 76. 09% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the treatment group was treated with time（ 5. 34 ± 0. 76） days,compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,with statistical significance. The patients in the control group were treated with time（ 4. 97 ± 0. 93） days,the time difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the patients in the treatment group（ 9. 16 ± 1. 48） were better than those in the control group（ 6. 85 ± 1. 63）mm,the treatment group was significantly different,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion From the ＂restoration of kidney and removing blood stasis decoction＂in the treatment of artificial abortion after menstruation can significantly improve the cure rate,curative effect.
