摘　　要：鹿茸为我国传统名贵中药材,疗效独特,营养价值高,具有巨大的开发潜力。近年来发展迅速,但其市场却较为混乱,药材及产品质量参差不齐,其相关质量控制与评价体系也很不完善。现经查阅文献,对以往鹿茸及其产品的鉴定、质量控制方法进行总结概述。真伪及品种鉴定方法:传统经验法、显微鉴别法、TLC法、光谱鉴别法、DNA分子生物鉴别法。质量评价方法:HPLC含量测定、气象色谱法、红外光谱鉴定、指纹图谱分析、X射线衍射分析。Cartialgenous is a traditional Chinese valuable herbal medicine,it has unique effect and high nutritional value,has great development potential. In recent years,rapid development,but its market is chaotic,herbs and products quality are uneven,and the related quality control and evaluation system is not perfect. Consult the relevant literature,sum up the previous methods of quality control of cartialgenous. Authenticity and species identification methods：traditional experience method,microscopic identification method,TLC-method,spectral discrimination method,DNA molecular biological identification method. Quality evaluation methods： HPLC method for determination,meteorological chromatography method,infrared spectroscopy method,fingerprint analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis.
