丹枝饮对小鼠盆腔炎性疾病后遗症盆腔血运的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟方丹枝饮对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症小鼠模型盆腔血运的干预作用。方法 60只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阿司匹林组、丹枝饮组,每组15只。采用鼠衣原体宫腔注射的方法造模。正常组和模型组给予5‰CMC,阿司匹林组、丹枝饮组给予相应药物治疗。连续给药3个动情周期后,观察每组小鼠髂内动脉平均血流速度、卵巢动脉平均血流速度及盆壁微小血管单位时间内血流灌注量。结果:模型组的髂内动脉平均血流速度[(27.21±3.41)mm/s]、卵巢动脉平均血流速度[(35.94±5.91)mm/s]及盆壁微小血管单位时间内血流灌注量[(31.98±6.95)PU/s]均显著低于正常组[(33.17±5.75)mm/s、(53.02±6.82)mm/s及(53.64±7.27)PU/s],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过药物干预后,阿司匹林组[(31.73±5.22)mm/s、(49.36±9.78)mm/s及(51.90±8.12)PU/s]、丹枝饮组[(34.31±5.40)mm/s、(52.20±9.78)mm/s及(54.40±7.30)PU/s],与正常组比較差异无统计学意义。结论丹枝饮可通过加快髂内动脉、卵巢动脉的平均血液流速、提高单位时间内盆壁血流灌注量,改善盆腔血运,缓解盆腔血瘀环境。Objective To observe Danzhi Decoction（ DZD） on pelvic blood supply of murine model with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease（ SPID）. Methods The 60 mice wererandomly divided into normal group,model group,aspirin group and DZD group,15 mice in each group. SPID model was established by intrauterine infection with Chlamydia muridarum. The 5‰ CMC was given to mice in normal and model groups,corresponding treatment was given to aspirin and DZD groups. Intervenedwithdrugs for 3 consecutive estrous circles,mice were tested parameters,including the mean velocity of internal iliac artery and ovarian artery,blood perfusion of pelvic tiny vessels. Results The 3 parameters of blood flow were significantly different between the model group[（ 27. 21 ± 3. 41） mm / s,（ 35. 94± 5. 91） mm / s,（ 31. 98 ± 6. 95） PU / s]and the normal group [（ 33. 17 ± 5. 75） mm / s,（ 53. 02 ± 6. 82） mm / s,（ 53. 64 ± 7. 27） PU/s]（ P〈0. 05）; After drug intervention,there were no significantly differences among the normal,aspirin[（ 31. 73 ± 5. 22） mm / s,（ 49. 36 ± 9. 78） mm / s,（ 51. 90 ± 8. 12） PU / s〗 and DZD [（ 34. 31 ± 5. 40） mm / s,（ 52. 20 ± 9. 78） mm/s,（ 54. 40 ± 7. 30） PU/s〗groups. Conclusions DZD could significantly improve pelvic blood supply by accelerating the mean velocity of internal iliac artery and ovarian artery and blood perfusion of pelvic tiny vessels,thus relieving the blood-stasis environmentof pelvis.
