摘　　要：目的探讨阳和汤临床研究现状。方法对近年国内期刊有关阳和汤研究的文献进行检索,归纳整理,并作一个比较系统的叙述。结果现代中医通过辨证施治将阳和汤广泛应用于治疗骨科、妇科、内科、皮肤科等疾病。结论阳和汤通过调整气血阴阳,对现代临床常见疾病,疗效理想,今后可全面拓展应用该方。Objective To investigate the status of clinical research of Yanghe decoction. Methods Collecting the literature of clinical treatment of Yanghe decoction and making a more systematic narrative. Results Modern Chinese medicine doctors expand the role of Yanghe decoction in orthopedic,gynecology,internal medicine,dermatology etc. by syndrome differentiation. Conclusion The treatment of Yanghe decoction for modern clinical common diseases is ideal by regulating Qi,blood,Yin and Yang. In the future doctors can fully expand the application of Yanghe decoction.
