摘　　要：目的总结针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床规律,探讨其治疗机理,分析当前此领域研究的现状。方法对文献中的治疗方式、选穴规律、实验方法等进行归纳。结果以关元、中极、秩边、肾俞、次髎、膀胱俞、太冲取穴频率最高,治疗方式有针刺、温针灸、电针、针药联合等;实验研究多观测白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子的水平或模型动物组织学变化。结论取穴经络以任脉、膀胱经、肝经为主,多以腹部、腰骶近部取穴为主,治疗方式多为针灸配合其他治疗方法;实验研究多以细胞因子水平、组织学变化为观测指标。Objective To summarize the clinical rule of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of this disease,and explore the curative mechanism,then analysis of the current status of research in this area. Methods Sum up the treatment methods,the selection rules and experimental methods in the literature. Results Guanyuan,zhongji,zhibian,shenshu,ciliao,pangguan shu were found out the highest use frequency,there are acupuncture,warming acupuncture,electric acupuncture,acupuncture combined with medicine and other therapeutic methods; Most of the experimental research treats the level of IL,TNF or histological changes in model animals as observation index. Conclusion Ren meridian,bladder meridian,liver meridian are used as the main treatment meridian.,most doctors select abdomen and lumbosacral neighboring point,acupuncture in company with other treatment means are the major therapeutic methods; Most of the experimental research treats the level of cytokines or histological changes as observation index.
