摘  要:建立了钙黄绿素-Cu^(2+)体系荧光恢复法测定水样中痕量H_2S的新方法。在p H8.0的Na_2HPO_4-Na H_2PO_4缓冲溶液中,以472 nm为激发波长,510 nm为发射波长,运用标准曲线法测定水样中的H_2S含量,并进行精密度、加标回收率及稳定性实验的评价。线性范围为3.2×10^(-6)~2.3×10^(-5)mol/L,相关系数r为0.9978,检出限为1.1×10^(-6)mol/L,RSD为1.7%,平均回收率为106.9%。To establish a new effective method for determination of trace hydrogen sulfide in water sample by the fluorescence recovery of Calcein-Cu( II) system.In Na_2HPO_4- Na H_2PO_4( pH8) buffer,λex= 472 nm,λem=510 nm.H_2S in water sample was determined by the standard curve method.Precision and stability experiment,and the recovery experiment were all made at the same time.The linear range is from 3.2 × 10^(-6)mol/L to 2.3 ×10^(-5)mol/L,( r = 0.9978),the limit of detection is 1.1 × 10^(-6)mol/L,RSD = 1.7%,and the average recovery is 106.9%.Combining the high sensitivity of fluorescence with good stability of Calcein-Cu( II) system,the developed fluorescent method is simple,sensitive,rapid,stable and has wide linear range for determining trace amounts of H_2S in water samples.
