摘　　要：对近几年来ICP-MS在环境、医学、食品、功能及其他领域方面的应用进行了简要概述。指出了该技术在分析应用中存在的不足,给出了可行性建议,展望了ICP-MS的发展前景。The review mainly introduces the application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ ICPMS） in analyzing recent years,it contains the areas of environment,medical science,foodstuffs and function materials and etc.Finding out the potential problems of ICP-MS in analyzing application and giving the feasible suggestions,presenting the development potential of ICP-MS.
