摘 要:该文运用森林微生物生态学基本原理和研究方法 ,对雪松冠层秋、冬两季的叶栖真菌群落结构进行研究 ,共获得雪松叶栖真菌 15属 (种 )。研究结果表明 ,雪松叶栖真菌的种类组成及真菌数量随着雪松冠层的降低而增加 ,冬季雪松叶栖真菌的种类组成及其数量均高于秋季。秋、冬两季雪松叶栖真菌的优势种相同 。Using basic mechanism and research methods of microbe ecology of forest,dendrocola mycoflora of needles on Cedrus deodara was studied in autumn and winter.Fifteen species of fungi on needles were obtained.The results showed that the species and quantity of fungi increased with the decrease of crowns,and the species and quantity of fungi in winter were less than those in autumn.The dominant species of fungi had no difference in autumn and winter,but the quantity of the fungi differed greatly.
