杀它仗(Stratagem)蜡块毒饵防治森林害鼠的研究

摘　　要：利用杀它仗 (Stratagem)蜡块毒饵对小白鼠及森林害鼠进行了室内毒性试验和林间防治试验 :每只小白鼠取食 2粒 (6 6g)杀它仗毒饵死亡率达 10 0 % ,取食 1粒 (3 3g)死亡率达84 6 % ;林间以 5× 5m距离投药 ,每堆 2粒 ,每公顷 4 0 0堆 ,鼠密度减退率可达 98 6 % ,杀它仗毒饵对鼠的适口性好 ,防治效果显著。对非靶动物鸽子和羊进行毒性试验 ,对哺乳动物猫和狗进行二次中毒试验 ,结果表明杀它仗毒饵对上述动物安全。The experiments both of laboratory toxicity for little white mice and field control for forest harmful rats were carried out separately with poisonous baits of Stratagem.The results show that their respective mortalities of two mice can attain 100% when eat 2 pills(6 6g)each mouse and 84 6% when eat 1 pill(3 3g)each mouse(3 3g);the population density can abate 98 6% for forest harmful rats at 5×5m spacing and throwing in the baits(2 pills each spot and 400 spots per hectare).From these,the following conclusions can be made:the Stratagem is very palatable to the rats and notable results can be achieved.The toxicity experiments to pigeons and sheep,cats and dogs were also carried out,but any poisoning phenomena to the baits have not been found.
