摘　　要：在我国目前实施高等教育大众化战略的大环境下,大学生的就业问题越发引起关注,随之就业指导工作也进入了学者和相关工作者的研究范畴。但随着行业、教育体制的发展和就业环境的不断变化,就业指导工作也面临不可回避的挑战。探讨基于PDCA质量循环的全程化就业指导模型的探索和实践,有助于实现大学生就业指导的各项环节、各项工作,大学教学和管理部门进行系统、科学、全面的安排和组织。Against the backdrop of the strategy making higher education more accessible and affordable in our country, the employment of college graduates has drawn greater attention, and therefore more scholars and researchers show interest in the study of employment guidance. With the constantly changing industries, education system and job market, the practice of employment guidance is confronted with inevitable challenges. This paper discusses the practice of whole process employment guidance model based on PDCA, by combining with the author＇s working experiences. This model focuses on practice, planning and skills, coordinating the teaching and administration in college, so as to offer employment guidance more comprehensively and holistically.
