摘　　要：目的探讨姜黄素对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)黏附、迁移能力的影响。方法采用HUVEC原代培养、传代,用10μmol·L^(-1)的姜黄素干扰HUVEC;进行HUVEC细胞计数,再用结晶紫染色法检测姜黄素干预HUVEC黏附、迁移能力的影响。结果姜黄素使HUVEC增殖、黏附、迁移能力显著下降。结论姜黄素可以抑制HUVEC增殖、黏附、迁移。Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on the adhesion and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells （HUVEC）. Methoths HUVECs were primarily cultured and subcultured, with 10 μmol·L - 1 of curcumin interference. HUVEC counting and crystal violet staining were used to determine the effect of curcumin on the adhesion and migration of HUVEC. Results The cell proliferation, adhesion and mi- gration of HUVECs were inhibited significantly in those curcumin. Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the pro- liferation, adhesion and migration of HUVEC.
