摘　　要：二萜生物碱为乌头属植物重要的物质基础。现代药理研究表明乌头二萜生物碱具有抗炎、镇痛、抗心律失常的作用,其中在镇痛方面的活性尤为突出。为促进乌头二萜生物碱的新药研究和开发利用,本文对乌头二萜生物碱的化学成分及镇痛活性的研究进展进行综述。Diterpenoid alkaloid is the main chemical components in genus Aconitum. Meanwhile, substantial pharmacological researches have been focused on Aconiturn species＇ efficacy in anti-inflammatory, analgesia and anti-arrhythmic effect, especially in analgesic effect. This review summarizes the recent progress in the study of new chemical constituents and analgesic effect of genus Aconitum, which could provide a reference for new drug research and development.
