隔药灸对痛经模型大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察隔药灸命门穴对痛经模型大鼠的疗效,研究其对模型大鼠血清PGF_(2α)、PGE2水平及其受体(PGF_(2α)-R、PGE2-R)、催产素受体(OTR)、加压素受体(VPR)的影响。方法:将健康雌性未孕SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、药物组、针刺组、隔药灸组,各组均为20只。观察各组大鼠出现扭体反应的潜伏期、30min内的扭体次数,大鼠血清PGF_(2α)、PGE2水平及子宫内膜PGF_(2α)-R、PGE2-R、OTR、VPR的蛋白表达水平。结果:(1)与空白组比较,模型组产生扭体反应,且有扭体潜伏期(P<0.05)。与模型组、药物组和针刺组比较,隔药灸组扭体次数较少,扭体潜伏期较长,扭体抑制率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与空白组比较,模型组PGF_(2α)、PGF_(2α)-R、OTR、VPR表达均明显增多(P<0.05),PGE2、PGE2-R表达均明显减少(P<0.05);与模型组、药物组、针刺组比较,隔药灸组PGF_(2α)、PGF_(2α)-R、OTR、VPR表达均明显减少(P<0.05),PGE2、PGE2-R表达均明显增多(P<0.05)。结论:隔药灸治疗原发性痛经具有一定的疗效,可减轻痛经模型大鼠疼痛程度。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of moxibustion with prepared Chinese medicine at Mingmen point in rats with dysmenorrhea,as well as its influence on the serum levels of PGF2α）,PGE2,their receptors（ PGF2α）- R and PGE2- R）,oxytocin receptor（ OTR）,and vasopressin receptor（ VPR）. Methods： Female Sprague-Dawley rats without pregnancy were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,drug group,acupuncture group,and moxibustion group,with 20 rats in each group. The incubation period of writhing reaction,number of writhing times within 30 minutes,serum levels of PGF2α）and PGE2,and protein expression of endometrial PGF2α）- R,PGE2- R,OTR,and VPR were observed. Results： Compared with the blank group,the model group experienced writhing reaction with an incubation period（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the model group,drug group,and acupuncture group,the moxibustion group had significantly fewer writhing times,a significantly longer incubation period,and a significantly higher writhing inhibition rate（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the blank group,the model group showed significantly higher protein expression of PGF2α,PGF2α- R,OTR,and VPR and significantly lower protein expression of PGE2 and PGE2- R（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the model group,drug group,and acupuncture group,the moxibustion group showed significantly lower protein expression of PGF2α,PGF2α- R,OTR,and VPR and significantly higher protein expression of PGE2 and PGE2- R（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion with prepared Chinese medicine has a certain therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea and can alleviate the pain in rats with dysmenorrhea.
