摘　　要：目的:调查分析乌鲁木齐市居民利用社区卫生服务的影响因素,并提出政策性建议。方法:自制问卷,采用随机抽样方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市2所公立性社区卫生服务中心500位居民作为本课题研究对象,对其进行问卷调查,采用多因素Logistic回归分析居民利用社区卫生服务的影响因素。结果:通过定序logistics回归分析发现社会学人口因素(年龄、文化程度)、健康状况因素(患慢病情况、两周患病情况)及知晓情况是居民利用社区卫生服务的影响因素。结论:加大社区卫生宣传,注重社区基本医疗,提升社区卫生服务质量,提高居民的社区卫生服务利用率。Objective To study the factors to influence the community health service utilization of residents in Urumqi, and provide suggestions for policy - making. Methods 500 cases of residents were chosen from two community health centers with random sampling method ,and surveyed with self- made questionnaire. Data was analyzed with multi -logistics regression analysis. Results The main influencing factors were sociology demographic factors （age, education background）, health factors （having chronic diseases,prevalence in two weeks）and cognition. Conclusion It is suggested to intensify community health publicity,value community basic medical services, improve the quality of community health services to promote the utilization of community health service for residents.
