临床医护人员对医技科室满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查2015年第1季度山东省某医院临床医护人员对医技科室满意度的情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:随机抽取300名临床医护人员调查其对医技科室的满意度,应用统计描述、单因素分析和多元线性回归分析识别医技科室满意度的影响因素。结果:临床医护人员对医技科室的总体满意度较高,在单因素分析中,"医技科室对临床诊断治疗需求保障程度"等7项内容对满意度评价的量表总分有影响(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析中,"超声诊疗技师服务能力与质量"等4项因素影响满意度评价量表总分。结论:"超声诊疗技师服务能力与质量"等4项内容是影响该医院临床医护人员对医技科室满意度评价的主要因素,是下一步医技科室及相关人员进行整改的方向和重点。Objective To analyze the influencing factors about the medical technology departments from the perspective of health care staff in one hospital of Shandong in the first quarter of 2015. Methods A total of 300 doctors and nurses were assessed by the random sampling. To analyze the influencing factors by using statistical description, single factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. Results Overall the respondents held a higher satisfaction towards the medical technology departments. Medical departments in the diagnosis and treatment of demand guarantee degree and 6 other contents have impacts on satisfaction evaluation scores （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment technician service ability and quality and three other factors influenced the satisfaction. Conclusion The four main factors influenced the satisfaction, they were the next work steps to medical departments and related personnel to the direction and focus of rectification.
