摘  要:目的:通过对护理工时数测定,计算出不同级别、不同地域NICU护士的合理配置数量;方法:选择四川省三所三级医院NICU为观察对象,对70项直接护理项目及30项间接护理项目进行工时测定,根据公式计算每个NICU需要配置的护士数量;结果:不同级别、不同地域NICU护理工时存在差异,耗时最多的直接护理项目为喂奶、留置针穿刺输液、气道管理等,耗时最多的间接护理项目为书写护理记录单及评估、处理医嘱、记账催费等;结论:不同级别、不同地域NICU可按不同床护比配置护理人员,医院可通过设置专职岗位及提高信息化等方式节省护理人力。Objective Through the determination of nursing hours, calculates the number of rational allocation of the NICU nurses, the different levels and different region. Methods:Choose the three NICU of different tertiary hospitals in sichuan province as the object of observation. Making the man-hour determination of 70 direct nursing project and 30 indirect nursing project. According to the formula to calculate each NICU need to configure the number of nurses. Results:Differences man-hour between different lev- els and different geographical NICU. Taking the most time consuming direct care programs is nursing, indwelling needle puncture infusion ,airway management ,etc. ,and the indirect nursing project is the writing of nursing record and assessment, processing or- ders, rush fee charge to an account, etc. Conclusions:We can give the nurses number, different levels and different regional NICU, according to different ratio of bed and nursing staff. And the hospital can be set up by sole duty jobs and improve the information- ization way save nursing manpower.
