摘　　要：目的:调查了解2013年四川省农村居民住院医疗服务费用现状;并探讨15岁以上居民住院医疗费用的影响因素。方法:利用2013年四川省第五次卫生服务调查家庭健康问卷调查的数据了解居民住院费用现状。运用样本选择模型Heckman两步估计的基本思想,采用两水平Probit回归和两水平方差成分模型进行住院费用影响因素的分析。结果:2013年四川省农村居民次均住院医疗费用为2986元,费用增长154.1%,医疗费用仍持续上升。基本医疗保险的覆盖力度有所增加。农村居民次均住院医疗费用的影响因素有居民的年龄、健康状况、住院医疗机构级别、住院期间是否手术。结论:四川省农村居民的医疗费用仍持续增长。政府应加大对贫困人口的扶贫力度,继续完善城乡基层医疗卫生服务体系,提高医疗卫生服务可及性。Objective To know the situation of hospitalization expenditure of rural residents in Sichuan province in 2013 year. To explore the impact factors of hospitalization expenditure among residents aged 15 years and above. Methods Family health survey data from the Fifth Sichuan Province Health Services Research in 2013 were adopted to describe hospitalization expenditure in rural regions. Two-level probit model and two-level variance component model were used to detect impact factors of inpatient costs of rural residents, based on the main principle of Heckman two-step estimate when samples were selected. Results The average inpatient expenditures of rural residents in Sichuan province in 2013 year were 2986 yuan,increasing of 154. 1%. The medical costs continued to increase. The coverage of basic medical insurance was expanded. The main impact factors of rural residents＇ inpatient expenditure included age ,family population size, health status, the level of medical institutions, and receiving operation. Conclusion The rural residents＇ medical expenditure continue to increase in Sichuan province. The government should provide more aids to poverty-striken areas ,continue to improve the primary health service system, and improve the accessibility to health services.
