摘  要:研究了竹基活性炭(AC)对膨胀阻燃乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)硫化、燃烧及力学性能的影响。硫化性能研究表明,逾渗作用导致AC在阻燃EVM中形成了网络结构,随AC添加量增大,阻燃EVM最大扭矩及黏度随之增大。流变及溶胀测试发现,AC逾渗作用明显提高了阻燃EVM的剪切黏度及交联度,利于改善EVM阻燃及力学性能。微观形貌分析证明了AC网络的形成。燃烧及力学性能研究证实,AC与膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)之间存在协效作用,AC的逾渗作用提高了EVM的阻燃性能。IFR与AC质量比为37∶3时的阻燃性能最佳,添加量为40%(质量分数,下同)及25%的氧指数分别达到33.6%和28.7%;同时,热释放也显著降低。阻燃EVM拉伸强度随AC添加量增加而提高,断裂伸长率有所降低。AC在平衡膨胀阻燃EVM硫化、阻燃及力学性能方面展现出优势,有利于改善阻燃材料的综合性能。The effect of bamboo based active carbon( AC) on vulcanization,combustion and mechanical properties of intumescent flame retardant ethylene vinyl-acetate rubber( EVM) was studied. The study of vulcanization property indicates that a network is formed due to the percolation effect of AC in EVM. With the increase of AC content,the maximum torque and viscosity of flame retardant EVM increase. The rheological and swelling measurements show that the percolation effect of AC improves the shear viscosity and crosslink density of flame retardant EVM which is benefit for the improved flame retardancy and mechanical properties. The analysis of microstructure demonstrates the formation of the network of AC from microscopic viewpoint. The results of combustion and mechanical tests prove that there is synergistic effect between AC and intumescent flame retardant( IFR) and the flame retardancy of EVM is improved due to the percolation effect of AC. The optimum flame retardancy is obtained when the mass ratio of IFR and AC is 37∶ 3. The limit oxide index( LOI) achieves 33. 6% and 28. 7% when the addition of flame retardant is 40% and 25% respectively.Besides,the heat release also decreases significantly. The tensile strength of flame retardant EVM improves with the increasing of AC,while the elongation at break decreases. AC shows its superiority in balancing the vulcanization,flame retardancy,and mechanical properties of flame retardant EVM,which is conductive to improve its comprehensive performance.
