大腹园蛛的细胞及遗传生殖毒性研究

摘　　要：利用小鼠成纤维细胞(L929)研究了大腹园蛛(Araneus ventricosus)的体外细胞毒性;选用健康昆明小鼠,采用灌胃染毒方式进行了精子畸形和骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验,研究了大腹园蛛的遗传及生殖毒性.结果表明:大腹园蛛对L929细胞的增殖无影响(P>0.05);小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核数量和精子畸变数量与空白对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);大腹园蛛焙干粉无细胞毒性,不能影响小鼠的生殖和遗传.L929 cell was used to study the cytotoxicity in vitro of the Araneus ventricosuspider.Healthy kunming mice were used to study genetic and reproductive toxicity of the spider by micronucleus of bone marrow and sperm abnormality in the way of intragastric gavage..Experimental results showed that Araneus ventricosus spiders had no effect on the proliferation of L929 cell（P 〉0.05）.The micronucleus and the sperm abnormality rate of mice were not significantly different from blank control group（P〉0.05）.These results showed that the Araneus ventricosus spider is no cytotoxicity and no effect on the reproductive and genetic in mice.These results laid a foundation for the activity study of Araneus ventricosus spider.
