摘 要:采用联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC,2006年)颁布的CO_2排放指南中的计算公式和CO_2排放系数缺省值,计算了内蒙古2003—2012年工业行业能源消费CO_2的排放情况.结果表明:内蒙古能源消费总量由2003年的0.532 0亿t(标准煤)增长到2012年的1.410 6亿t(标准煤),平均年增长率为11.44%;由能源消费产生的CO_2排放总量由2003年的1.340 0亿t增长到2012年的5.134 1亿t.在各类能源消费CO_2排放量中2003年煤炭的CO_2排放量最大,占总CO_2排放量的86%,而2012年天然气的CO_2排放量最大,占总CO_2排放量的99%;CO_2排放强度总体上呈现下降的趋势.通过相关性分析得出CO_2排放量与人口、人均GDP和能源强度呈现高度相关性.因此,应该采取控制人口数量、降低能源强度和提高能源利用效率等措施来降低CO_2排放量.The carbon dioxide emission of energy consumption,especially caused by the industrial sector energy consumption is the major source of greenhouse gases.The research of industrial sector carbon dioxide emissions will be the basis of understanding and developing of low carbon economy in Inner Mongolia.Using the calculation methodology and carbon emission coefficients based on the IPCC(2006),the amount of carbon dioxide emissions due to industrial sector energy consumption in Inner Mongolia were calculated from 2003 to 2012.The results showed the industrial sector energy consumption increased continuously,from 0.532 0×10^8 t in 2003 to 1.410 6×10^8 t in 2012,the average annual rate is 11.44%.The carbon dioxide emissions due to energy consumption increased continuously,from 1.340 0×10^8 t in 2003 to 5.134 1×10^8 t in 2012.The coal carbon dioxide emissions is the largest among all kinds of energy consumption in 2003 and accounted for 86%.but the natural gas carbon dioxide emissions is the largest among all kinds of energy consumption in 2012 and accounted for 99%.The carbon dioxide emission intensity has decreasing trends in analyzed years.The correlation analysis of carbon dioxide emissions with population,per capita GDP and energy intensity which is appear to be highly correlation.Therefore,we should reduce dioxide emissions through control the population quantity,reduce the energy intensity and improve the energy efficiency.
