MIPPO技术联合解剖锁定钛板治疗胫骨中下段骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析我科应用MIPPO(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis)技术联合国产解剖锁定钛板治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法选取我科2012年1月至2014年9月收治的胫骨中下段骨折患者22例,全部采用MIPO技术联合国产解剖锁定钛板内固定手术治疗,观察切口愈合情况,骨折愈合情况,踝关节功能恢复以及术后并发症情况。结果随访10-16个月,平均随访时间12个月,所有病例皮肤均一期愈合,骨折骨性愈合时间平均16周,按照Mazur踝关节功能评分,优良率为90.90%,无内固定松动断裂,无骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,无下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论 MIPPO技术联合解剖锁定钛板治疗胫骨中下段骨折固定可靠,切口小,愈合良好,临床疗效满意。Objective To analyse Retrospectively the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO）technology combined with domestic anatomical locking titanium plate in the treatment of distal tibial fractures.Methods 22 cases who underwent middle and distal tibial fractures hospitalized in our department from January 2012 to September 2014 were selected,all cases were treated with MIPPO technique combined with domestic anatomical locking titanium plate.Wound healing,fracture healing,ankle joint function recovery and postoperative complications were observed.Results Follow-up time was 10-16 months,and average follow-up time was 12 months,Skin in all patients was healed,average healing time in bone fracture was about 16 weeks.According to Mazur ankle function score,cure rate was 90.90%.There was no loosening fracture,no delayed union or nonunion and no deep vein thrombosis.Conclusion MIPPO technology combined with anatomical locking titanium plate in the treatment of distal tibial fracture fixation is reliable with small incision,good healing and clinical curative effect.
