摘  要:核设备设计受诸多条件约束,采用侧壁开孔加强圈角焊连接的结构很常见。当对此类结构进行有限元应力分析时经常会遇到如下困扰:1)是否有必要考虑筒体与加强圈之间的接触;2)使用当量球壳等效该非对称结构是否会过分保守。文中详细比较了采用二维接触/非接触模型以及二维/三维模型的应力分析结果。结果表明对侧壁开孔结构加强圈区域的接触只在其附近存在有限影响,应力分析中可不考虑筒体外侧与加强圈内侧的接触。而采用当量球壳等效简化此类非对称结构进行应力分析有时会过度保守。Due to the complex constrain condition, the side-opening structure with fillet-welding reinforcing ring is common in design of the nuclear equipment. When conducting stress analysis of this kind of structure, it is always puzzled by the following problems: I) the necessity to consider the contact between cylinder shell and reinforcing ring; 2) the conservation when using the equivalent spherical shell approximation. We perform a comprehensive comparison between the results of 2D contact/noncontact model and 2D/3D model. It shows that the contact only has limited influence on the stress analysis of this side-opening structure, and it is acceptable not to consider the contact during the FEM simulation. It is sometimes over-conservative to simplify the asymmetrical side-opening structure with the equivalent spherical shell approximation. Considering the analysis efficiency and avoiding being over-conservative, it is recommended to directly use the 3D noncontact model in the stress analysis of this side-opening structure with fillet-welding reinforcing ring.
