摘 要:目的:为忍冬种质资源评价及优良品系选育提供基础资料。方法:采用形态分类学方法对不同品系忍冬进行观察、描述和初步分类;采用高效液相色谱法检测不同品系忍冬花蕾和叶片中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸的含量;利用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据分析。结果:不同品系忍冬在叶色、叶形及花蕾大小和颜色四个方面表现出显著差异;品系YTQL-01、ITA-01花蕾中新绿原酸、绿原酸和3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸等的含量较高;不同品系忍冬外观性状与有效成分含量之间未表现出显著相关性。结论:不同品系忍冬在外观性状和内在品质上均表现出丰富的遗传多样性。Objective: To provide the reference for germplasm identification and breeding of Lonicera japonica. Methods: Morphological taxonomy was used to observe,describe and preliminary classify different strains of Lonicera japonica. HPLC was used to determine the content of 5-caffeoylquinic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,luteolin,3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid in the buds and leaves; SPSS 17. 0 was used to analyze the data. Results: The differences between different strains of Lonicera japonica were on four aspects( leaf color,leaf shape,bud size and color). The buds of strain YTQL-01 and ITA-01 contained higher content of 5-caffeoylquinic acid,chlorogenic acid and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid. There was no significant correlation between appearance and internal quality of different Lonicera japonica strains. Conclusions: Genetic diversity exists between different strains of Lonicera japonica according to appearance and internal quality.
