盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎合并早泄临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析合并早泄的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎治疗中盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊的应用效果。方法:随机将就诊于我院与浙江大学附属第一医院的120例合并早泄的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者分为两组,以接受前列康片治疗者为对照组,以接受盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗者为观察组,每组60例。分析对比两组慢性前列腺炎及早泄的临床治疗效果。结果:两组接受治疗前慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、射精潜伏期(IELT)及早泄评分量表评分(CIPE)比较均未见统计学差异(P>0.05),而在接受治疗30d后,观察组NIH-CPSI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IELT明显长于对照组(P<0.05),CIPE评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时接受治疗30d后,观察组慢性非细菌性前列腺炎治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组性交满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊可有效的提高合并早泄的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床治疗效果。Objectives： To analyze the effect of Tamsulosin hydrochloride treatment on chronic abacterial prostatitis combined with premature ejaculation. Methods： 120 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis combined with premature ejaculation treated in Yuhang District of Hangzhou First People＇s Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University were selected and divided into two groups. Control group received Qianliekang pill treatment and observation group received tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules treatment,with 60 cases in each group.Analysis and comparison were done on the clinical treatment effect of the two groups. Results： Before treatment,chronic prosthetic symptom score（ NIH- CPSI）,ejaculation latency（ IELT） and premature ejaculation rating scale score（ CIPE） of the two groups showed no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,while on 30 d after receiving treatment,NIH- CPSI score in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; IELT in observation group was significantly longer than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; CIPE score in observation group was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）. At the same time,total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group had significantly higher sexual satisfaction（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of chronic abacterial prostatitis combined with premature ejaculation.
