舍尼通联合抗生素治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察舍尼通联合抗生素治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法:对2013年1月至2014年12月于我院就诊的178例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者进行实验观察,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组使用单抗生素(左氧氟沙星)治疗,治疗组使用舍尼通联合抗生素的方式进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、慢性前列腺炎症状评分、生活质量评分、白细胞数、排尿疼痛等方面的差异。结果:治疗组89例患者有42例患者治愈,24例患者显效,20例患者有效,3例患者无效,总有效率为96.6%;对照组89例患者有21例患者治愈,22例患者显效,21例患者有效,25例患者无效,总有效率为71.9%,两组间的总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舍尼通联合抗生素对于治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的排尿疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。Objectives： To observe the clinical effect of cernilton combined with antibiotic treatment on chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods： 178 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group received antibiotic（ levofloxacin） treatment and treatment group received cernilton treatment combined with antibiotics. Therapeutic effects were observed in patients with chronic prostatitis. Differences in symptom scores,quality of life scores,leukocytes,painful urination and other aspects of two groups were compared. Results： Among 89 patients in treatment group,42 patients were completely cured,24 patients basically cured,20 patients effectively cured and 3 patients had no effect,a total effective rate of 96. 6%; among the 89 patients in control group,21 patients were completely cured,22 patients basically cured,21 patients effectively cured,25 patients had no effect,a total effective treatment rate of71. 9%. The difference between the two groups in effective rate was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Cernilton and combination antibiotic treatment on chronic abacterial prostatitis has better clinical effect,which can effectively improve the patient＇s painful urination and the quality of life of patients.
