小剂量西地那非治疗再婚中年男性勃起功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:了解小剂量西地那非治疗再婚中年男性阴茎勃起功能障碍(Erectile dysfunction,ED)症状的的疗效。方法:将132例在再婚后出现ED的40岁以上中年男性患者随机分为:(1)A组(66例):患者接受小剂量西地那非(25mg/d)治疗12周;(2)B组(66例):患者仅接受补肾虚类中成药调理治疗,未服西地那非。通过治疗前后国际勃起功能问卷勃起功能评分(IIEF-5)和性生活成功率以及配偶满意度等指标变化,比较分析两组疗效。结果:治疗12周后,A组和B组的IIEF-5评分均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05),且A组的IIEF-5评分显著高于B组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗的有效率相比,A组均优于B组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量西地那非药物治疗有助于改善再婚中年男性ED患者的勃起功能,提升性生活质量。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of low dose sildenafil on erectile dysfunction（ ED） in the middle aged men after remarriage. Methods： 132 middle aged male patients with ED after remarriage were divided into two groups： group A（ n = 66） were treated with low dose sildenafil; group B（ n = 66） were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The therapeutic effect between two groups were compared by analyzing the index of treatment effect rate and ⅡEF- 5. Results： 12 weeks after treatment,the index of treatment effect rate and ⅡEF- 5 in group A was better than that in group B,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Low dose sildenafil may be useful in improving ED symptom and sexual life quality for middle aged male patients with ED after remarriage.
