摘  要:目的:研究微量元素锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)的含量与孕妇不良妊娠结局之间的相关性,并分析产妇产后的生殖健康问题。方法:分别选取2013年8月至2014年8月之间于我院产科接受产检、初次妊娠,在妊娠期间发生死胎、由于不明原因出现先兆流产与正常孕妇各50例,分别设置观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组与对照组,检测其血清微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Cd、Pb的含量。结果:观察Ⅰ组与观察Ⅱ组孕妇血微量元素Cd的浓度均和对照组孕妇间的差异均不具有显著性,P>0.05;观察组血Pb浓度高于对照组,血Cu、Fe、Zn的浓度低于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著。结论:妊娠期间Cu、Fe、Zn、Pb是非常关键的微量元素,其含量异常可能引起先兆流产、死胎等不良妊娠结局,所以应建议孕妇及时检测血微量元素水平,并摄入Cu、Fe、Zn、Pb含量丰富的食物,保障母婴健康。Objectives: To study the relationship between trace element zinc( Zn),copper( Cu),iron( Fe),cadmium( Cd),lead( Pb) and pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcome,and analyze the reproductive health problems of the maternal postpartum. Methods: 150 women of the first pregnancy in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected,including 50 cases having stillbirths during pregnancy,50 cases having threatened abortion due to unknown reasons and 50 normal pregnant women,i. e. observation group I,observation group II and control group. The contents of trace elements Pb,Fe,Cu,Cd and Zn in maternal serum were detected. Results: The concentrations of Cd in the blood of the two observation groups were not significantly different from that of the control group,P〈0. 05. The concentration of Pd in the blood of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while serum Cu,Fe and Zn concentrations below the control group,P〈0. 05,with significant difference. Conclusion: Cu,Fe,Zn,Pb are critical trace elements during pregnancy,the abnormal content of which may cause threatened abortion,stillbirth and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Maternal are suggested to timely detect the serum levels of trace elements,and take foods rich in Cu,Fe,Zn and Pb for maternal and child health protection.
