摘　　要：文中介绍了APU起动控制系统的现状、背景,分析、说明了APU转子应力计算的步骤,并给出了具体的计算应力方法和公式,最后给出了APU起动控制策略,根据转子应力是否超限来控制APU起动阶段的加速率和燃油控制流量。This paper introduces the auxiliary power unit control system ＇s status,background. The procedure of the auxiliary power unit ＇s rotor stress was analyzed and descripted. The detailed calculation and equations were provided. In the end,control strategy of APU start based on the rotor stress was designed. The rate of APU speed and fuel flow in the APU start depends on whether the APU rotor stress was exceed the limit.
