靓芙康复贴敷料联合当归饮子加减治疗女性颜面再发性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价靓f芙康复贴敷料联合当归饮子加减治疗女性颜面复发性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将女性颜面复发性皮炎60例随机分为两组:实验组30例,靓芙康复贴敷料联合当归饮子加减治疗,对照组30例,单用当归饮子加减治疗,治疗4周后判定疗效。结果:实验组的总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:靓芙康复贴敷料联合当归饮子加减治疗女性颜面再发性皮炎安全有效。Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of rehabilitation paste dressing combined with modified Danggui decoction in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis in female patients.Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with rehabilitation paste dressing combined with modified Dangguidecoction and those in the control group were treated with modified Danggui decoction only.The efficacy wasassessed after 4 weeks treatment.Results：The effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33% and that inthe control group was 53.33%,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation pastedressing combined with modified Danggui decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of facial recurrentdermatitis.
