摘  要:采用Pechini法制备ZnO粉体催化剂,并以罗丹明B为模拟污染物,对其光催化性能进行分析。考察了热处理温度、时间、交联剂用量及凝胶化方式对ZnO粉体结构、晶粒尺寸、比表面积及性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO晶粒尺寸随着热处理温度升高、热处理时间的延长而增加。同时,热处理条件与凝胶化过程对光催化降解率影响显著。当交联剂与络合剂的摩尔比为1∶1时,Rh B的降解率可达到93%。The ZnO powders were synthesized by Pechini method.Photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B(RhB) was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity.The effects of sintering temperature,sintering time,cross-linking agent amount and gel process on structure,grain size and property of ZnO powder were studied.The results show that grain sizes of ZnO were increased with sintering temperature increased and sintering time prolonged.Meanwhile,heat treatment and gel process have great effects on the photocatalytic activity of ZnO.The photocatalytic degradation reaches 93% when molar ration of cross-linking and chelating agent was 1∶1.
