摘  要:以对羟基苯甲酸钠和环氧氯丙烷为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,通过对羟基苯甲酸钠和环氧氯丙烷的卤代反应合成缩水甘油酯,缩水甘油酯水解开环合成了对羟基苯甲酸单甘油酯。采用红外光谱进行表征,确定产品为预期产品,熔点测试表明产品纯度较好,对反应条件进行了优化,优化后的卤代反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸钠∶环氧氯丙烷∶四丁基溴化铵∶二甲苯=1∶2∶0.1∶4(摩尔比),温度为115℃,时间为100 min,水解的优化条件为:稀硫酸浓度0.04 mol/L,温度为80℃,水解时间为50 min,该条件下产品的产率可以达到96.2%。Sodium p-hydroxybenzoate and epoxy chloropropane as materials,then used xylene as solvent and adopted tetrabutylammonium( TBAB) as phase transfer catalyst( PTC) to prepare glycidyl ester by the halogenation reaction of sodium p-hydroxybenzoate and epoxy chloropropane.Finally received p-hydroxybenzoic acid monolyceride by the open loop hydrolysis reaction.The result show the purity of product is fine by melting point test and the product is identified as expected product by Fourier infrared spectrum.The optimized reaction condition is sodium p-hydroxybenzoate: epoxy chloropropane∶ tetrabutylammonium∶ xylene =1∶ 2∶ 0.1∶ 4( molar ratio),the reaction temperature is 115 ℃ and the reaction time is 100 min.The optimized condition of hydrolysis is that the concentration of dilute sulphuric acid is 0.04 mol/L,the temperature is 80 ℃ and the hydrolysis time is 50 min,the yield can come to 96.2% in this condition.
